Relation Mk-Matt in the Light of Contemporary Interpretations of Two Sources Theory
Collectanea Theologica 66 (1996) 4, 53-60.
Article treats a reciprocal connection between works of Mark and Matthew. Contemporary exegesis shows many variants of the first Gospels formation and their correlation. It seems, that the hypothesis of two sources is the most popular among biblical scholars, because it explains the basic problem of the synoptic connections. In confrontation with the theory of two sources special attention is given to opinion of J. Carmignac, W. Smithals and Polish biblical scholar R. Bartnicki, who has proposed a modification of these theory. Also the opinion of H. Langkammer and K. Romaniuk needs to be placed in this group of solutions of the synoptic problem. Some opinions have been presented graphically.
